These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GPTImage2 at gpt-image-2-ai.app, including the GPT Image 2 image-generation service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GPTImage2 provides a web application that lets you generate images from text prompts (text-to-image) and edit or transform existing images (image-to-image) using third-party AI models, currently powered by the GPT Image 2 family of models.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us at support@gpt-image-2-ai.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are compromised or being used to violate these Terms.
Credit model. Most features consume credits. Text-to-image generation costs 4 credits. Image-to-image editing costs 6 credits. Higher-quality tiers may cost more.
Subscriptions.
Pay-as-you-go credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits purchased in a pack do not expire.
Refunds.
Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Business customers can provide a VAT ID.
Price changes. We may update prices from time to time. Current subscribers are given at least 30 days' notice; new prices only apply from the next renewal.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, store, or share content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate offending accounts without notice or refund.
You also agree not to:
Your prompts and uploaded images. You retain all rights in the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your prompts or uploaded images to train AI models, and we do not share them with anyone other than the infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Generated images. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images the Service generates for you and may use them for any lawful personal or commercial purpose — advertising, product mockups, social posts, print merchandise, client deliverables. There are no additional licensing fees.
Important caveats about AI output.
Showcase feature. By default, your generated images are private. If you opt-in to share an image to the public gallery ("Showcases"), you grant us a license to display that image and its prompt within the gallery until you remove it.
The Service relies on third-party providers (Stripe for payments, Evolink AI for model inference, Cloudflare R2 for storage, Google for sign-in, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting). Your use of those services through GPTImage2 is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that outputs will be accurate, safe, unique, or suitable for a specific use case.
AI outputs can be unexpected, biased, inaccurate, or inappropriate despite our safety measures. You are responsible for reviewing any output before using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPTImage2 and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPTImage2 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights through content you submit or generate.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, to protect the Service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination: your right to use the Service ends immediately. Paid periods are not refunded except as set out in Section 4. Data is retained and deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith email negotiation; if unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Singapore, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for urgent matters.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
