How do credits work?

Credits are the universal currency inside GPTImage2. Each text-to-image generation costs 4 credits; each image-to-image edit costs 6 credits. Higher-quality renders (2K/4K) may cost proportionally more. Your plan grants a fixed number of credits per month, and any unused credits roll over until your next billing cycle renews.

What's the difference between subscription and pay-as-you-go?

Subscriptions (Lite / Pro / Premium) deliver a monthly credit allowance at the lowest per-credit price. Pay-as-you-go Credit Packs are one-time purchases that never expire — perfect for occasional use or to top up a subscription mid-month.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and grant credits for the new tier prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the current cycle's credits. Cancellations stop future renewals without cutting off access during the paid period.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits reset at each renewal. Yearly subscriptions pool credits across the full 12 months, giving you flexibility in heavy creative months. Pay-as-you-go Credit Packs never expire — buy once, use whenever.

Which payment methods are supported?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay). Apple Pay and Google Pay are available in compatible browsers. For users paying in CNY, WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported on one-time Credit Pack purchases.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions if you haven't used more than 30% of the plan's credits. Credit Packs are refundable within 7 days if fully unused. Please email support@gpt-image-2-ai.app to start a refund.

Is there a student, education or team discount?

We offer custom plans for classrooms, agencies, and teams of 5+ seats with centralized billing and shared credits. Reach out to sales@gpt-image-2-ai.app with a short description of your team size and use case.

Will I be charged sales tax or VAT?

Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address. Business customers can add a VAT ID during checkout to enable reverse-charge where supported.

Can I use GPTImage2 images commercially on every plan?

Yes — every paid plan (including Credit Packs) comes with full commercial rights. You can use generated images in client work, advertising, merchandise and printed media without additional licensing fees, across any team size.
